October 2008 - Open Day

Equipe opened it's doors to the public with an extremely successful and well attended Open Day at The Drilling Academy. The guests were treated to technical talks provided by Dr Jaqueline Skipper of GCG and David Norbury of David Norbury Consulting as well as an introduction to Equipe from Peter Reading, Equipe's Technical Director.

Equipe were very proud to display their Archway Dart and Dando Terrier rigs which had been very kindly donated by the manufacturers and their cable percussion rig donated by Norwest Holst Soil Engineering. There were also demonstrations and displays of the Boart Longyear truck mounted 300T Sonic Rig, a Geotechnical Engineering P60 slope climbing rotary rig and Lankelma's Track Truck.
