March 2009 - Health and Safety course obtain IOSH mark

Equipe and RPA have obtained approval from IOSH for their 'Safe Supervision of Geotechnical Sites' .

Equipe has partnered with RPA Safety Services, an independent Occupational Health and Safety Consultancy, to provide a unique IOSH certified course for the Drilling and Geotechnics industry entitled ‘Safe Supervision of Geotechnical Sites’.

This course provides the only industry alternative to the IOSH Managing Safely course, SMSTS and CITB/Construction Skills courses as it focuses on hazards below the ground as well as above the ground whilst at the same time providing certification which meets the competency requirements of CDM 2007.

The content has been modified and enhanced to provide a totally unique and relevant Health and Safety course for the industry and is suitable for anyone who is or will be expected to run sites where geotechnical works are being carried out.
